First, Press the Windows logo key + R together to evoke the Run box.
Then type dev mgmt.MSC and press the Enter key.
Now click Keyboards and select the keyboard device we want to reset.
Next, click the red cross button to uninstall the device.

After click Scan for hardware changes button. It will let the device appear.

Then select the same keyboard device again. Click the Update device driver button.

Allow the newest drivers to install.
Then restart my computer.

Then the keyboard should back to the default setting after reboot.

Next change the keyboard language:

Start with Press the Windows logo key + I (“i”) together to open Windows Settings.
Next click Devices.

Then click Typing in the left pane and click Advanced keyboard settings on the right.

After click the drop-down button to select the language we want.
