Steps to Restart a Ricoh Printer
- On the lower front of the device, flip up the clear cover in front of the red power button. The power button is highlighted in the following diagram:
- Press and hold the power button for 5 seconds. The screen will show a message stating the device will shut down in a number of minutes. This varies, but is typically about 4 minutes.
- Allow the device to shut down by itself. Do not press the power button again, and do not unplug the power cables.
